The plain-English version of how we handle data — on this website and inside the buildings we monitor. No legalese for the sake of legalese. Effective July 17, 2026.
Forms. When you submit our contact, demo, or support form, we receive what you typed — typically your name, email, company, phone, and message. Delivery is handled by Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which passes the submission to our inbox. We use it to respond to you and for nothing else. Want it deleted? Email us and it's gone.
Server logs. Like every website, our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting. They're rotated out routinely.
Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google's servers see the standard request data any font download involves (your IP and browser type). That's the only third-party resource on the site.
Cookies and trackers. None. No analytics scripts, no ad pixels, no fingerprinting.
This part is for tenants and occupants of buildings that run AccuSense, and for property teams evaluating us.
Who owns it. The building customer owns their data. We process it to run dashboards, alerts, and automated responses under our agreement with them. We may use aggregated, de-identified data (for example, typical energy use across buildings) to improve the service — nothing in that data can be traced to a person or a specific tenant.
How it's protected. Sensor traffic is AES-128 encrypted from device to gateway, carried over TLS to the cloud, and access to dashboards is role-based per customer.
We do not sell personal information. Full stop.
Inquiry emails are kept as long as we need them to handle your request and follow up. Platform telemetry is retained per the customer agreement for each building. If you want to see, correct, or delete information you've sent us through this website, email contact@accusense.io — we honor reasonable requests regardless of where you live.
This website is for commercial property professionals and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. No silent edits.
